I am hoping to have this website finished by the end of the year. You may see some pages sent in Carl-bot Help, but for now, you cannot access and navigate the site unless you know the specific page URLs.

This website will offer free courses for all aspects of Carl-bot, teaching you everything you need to know. Which will hopefully eleviate the need for relying on the Support server as much.

The courses will cover the prerequisites, as well as troubleshooting steps if things aren’t working as intended.

Enabling commands on dashboard

Dashboard > manage > server select > Commands

Your course will have provided which category to go to, then which command to go to. Locate the category, then locate the command. Once you have found it make sure the command is set to enabled.

if your course has asked you to enable a subcommand, click the next to the command, then scroll down to the subcommand section, make sure the listed subcommands are enabled. (remember to save if you had to enable them)

Editing Channel permissions

Desktop: Right-click the channel, this will bring up a menu, click on Edit Channel -> Permissions.

Mobile: Long-press the channel, this will bring up a menu, click on Edit Channel -> Channel Permissions.

 

Once you have located the permissions for the channel make sure carl-bot is added to the permissions list. if he is not there, add his role to the list. then enable the permissions your course has instructed you to enable.
